Director of Sales

We’re looking to hire a Sales Director responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, action plans and following up new business opportunities for &Open. As this is a senior role, the successful candidate will be working alongside founders and senior management.

This role is ideal for those who are deadline and target-driven and not afraid of the challenges that come with the needs of a growing B2B company.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively seeking new clients for &Open
  • Building and leading the sales team from the ground up
  • Creating demonstrations, tailored to clients’ needs
  • Work alongside management to develop sales forecasts
  • Converting lead opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle and delivering a consultative sales experience
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all clients and prospective clients
  • Assist with the development of marketing literature
  • Collaborating with other &Open teams on a regular basis
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of &Open’s product
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics related to revenue, customer retention, and &Open’s platform
  • Reviewing customer feedback to inform future product strategies

The skills and experience you need

  • 5+ years closing B2B sales experience
  • SaaS experience a plus
  • 2+ years of managing sales teams
  • A proven track record of growing revenue for business
  • Knowledge of the existing market
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
