We’re looking for an exceptional and experienced senior sales specialist who has a track record in acquiring new clients, understands the importance of building relationships and is ready to join a fast moving dynamic business during a phase of rapid growth.
We're looking for someone who is
- Experienced in new business and acquisition of large, global enterprises
- Capable of building pipeline through demand generation & prospecting
- Ready to identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the Customer Loyalty and Advocacy market in Europe and the US.
- A proactive, strategic thinker
- Super collaborative and passionate
- Curious, who listens and cares
- Innovative and rigorous with the details
- Minimum 5 years experience
What you'll bring
- Previous enterprise software sales experience selling to B2B and B2C service providers and large enterprises.
- Experience selling to CX Directors, Head of Loyalty & Retention, Head of Customer Care, COO and CMO preferred.
- Experience selling into new and emerging categories.
- An excellent understanding of the loyalty and retention market and how it is rapidly evolving.
- Can demonstrate an excellent track record with evidence of recent sales success.
- Proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships essential.
- Exceptional engaging communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable experience of systematic approach to sales - both on hard and soft objectives.
- Ability to expand deals within a group structure.
- Experience leading a new proposition to existing relationships.
