We’re looking for an exceptional and experienced senior sales specialist who has a track record in acquiring new clients, understands the importance of building relationships and is ready to join a fast moving dynamic business during a phase of rapid growth.

We're looking for someone who is

  • Experienced in new business and acquisition of large, global enterprises
  • Capable of building pipeline through demand generation & prospecting
  • Ready to identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the Customer Loyalty and Advocacy market in Europe and the US.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker
  • Super collaborative and passionate
  • Curious, who listens and cares
  • Innovative and rigorous with the details
  • Minimum 5 years experience

What you'll bring

  • Previous enterprise software sales experience selling to B2B and B2C service providers and large enterprises.
  • Experience selling to CX Directors, Head of Loyalty & Retention, Head of Customer Care, COO and CMO preferred.
  • Experience selling into new and emerging categories.
  • An excellent understanding of the loyalty and retention market and how it is rapidly evolving.
  • Can demonstrate an excellent track record with evidence of recent sales success.
  • Proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships essential.
  • Exceptional engaging communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of systematic approach to sales - both on hard and soft objectives.
  • Ability to expand deals within a group structure.
  • Experience leading a new proposition to existing relationships.
