Airbnb’s Decade Club Welcome Gift

Airbnb approached us to help them put together a special and memorable gift for new members of their Decade Club — employees who have been working at Airbnb for ten years or more.

We created two gifts for each recipient: the first was a t-shirt matching Airbnb’s original merchandise design, featuring their old logo. Each shirt had a Decade Club sleeve tag and was personalized with the employee's name on an inside neck tag.

The second gift was a close replica of the original Rausch Street sign — the location of the founders’ apartment, the first ever Airbnb — personalized with the year the employee started.

We added the employee's first name to the packaging, and included a notecard with a special message from the founders.
