Our integrations make gifting EVEN simpler. Using our integrations enables you to see all of the people you want to gift in one place – making it really easy to search, filter and quickly gift these people, either individually or as groups in campaigns.
By connecting your systems to ours, we can support you while you’re using your existing workflows for gifting. For example – if you’re doing a lot of your daily work within a system like Salesforce or Hubspot, you can add the gifting capabilities that our platform provides right into your existing workflows. Integrations make everything easier, from onboarding to sending gifts to reporting.
Not at all –The connection process is straightforward and can typically be done self-serve once we have access to the right person on your side, such as an administrator of your HR tool or CRM.
One of our most popular integration use cases is for HR or people management systems, as nearly all organizations are using this kind of software.
Integrating &Open with your HR platform means that you can automate gift sending for employee milestones such as onboarding, work anniversaries, end-of-year gifting, birthdays, and so on. You can pre-define the gifts, the messaging and the theming options separately for each of these milestones.
Our clients use a wide range of HR platforms, like Workday, HiBob, Personio, Bamboo, and PeopleHR. We support those and over 60 other platforms all equally and you can be set up with them in minutes.
The details of anyone that you might want to gift are likely to be already stored in your CRM in some form. By connecting up your CRM, we can surface all of these potential recipients on the &Open platform to easily incorporate them into gift sends.
This integration is all about convenience. Your database of users can be filtered in as granular way as you need to support whatever your gifting use case is. The data is automatically updated daily, so we refresh our database of recipients regularly to make actively using the tool for gifting as easy as possible. This makes it easy to gift attendees after an event, gift clients involved in a deal or opportunity, and celebrate closed sales with the perfect gift.
Single-sign-on (SSO) is an option we can enable on any account to let you log in with your work email addresses simply by pressing a button instead of filling in an email and password. This also simplifies registration and login for team members, so you can more easily add your team to the platform.
Salesforce (SFDC) holds a special place among CRM systems. It is hugely popular as a place for companies to store all of their customer, marketing, and lead data in a single place.
We offer an integration into Salesforce that goes beyond the standard CRM capabilities, letting you synchronise campaigns between our platform and SFDC.
This means that you can do all of your work to automate a campaign or manage its members on the Salesforce side, and we’ll automatically send out gifts to everyone you add to the Salesforce campaign, and synchronise reporting data back to SFDC.
Our platform continually monitors in the background and sees when new users are added to the SFDC campaign. When that happens, it copies them over into a campaign on our side and automatically sends them a gift invitation.
As they interact with this by choosing their gift, and when the gift is shipped and delivered, we send updates back to Salesforce to keep the records updated about how the campaign has gone.
We can send gift links for a recipient as part of any workflow automation that you use in Hubspot. For example, you can automate gifting for any action that a customer does (e.g., a support ticket is resolved, a deal closes, a customer attends an event). You can follow up any sales or marketing activity with a lead or customer with a gift to encourage engagement.
Yes! Our broader set of integration options includes tools like Zapier, Webhooks and our own API to give a full set of tools with which we can meet most requirements, sometimes with some additional development required.
